  Avoid this seller. Listing says returns accepted but seller asked me to keep the item instead in return for a £2 refund (item cost £14.89). Then offered a £3 refund. A frustrating process with each message exchange taking around 24 hours, and I just wanted to return the item. Eventually gave me a return address and I sent it via Evri tracked and have proof of delivery, but seller says it was not received and will only refund once the returned item is received.
