Sorry, but it took us 5 days to respond to your order, including weekends. We have been trying to resolve the shipping issue and find a way to ship your order to you. In addition, you should be able to see which countries or islands we do not ship to in our shipping policy before purchasing. And I would also like to mention that all your money has been returned.
