Sent an iPhone 12 Pro Max for repair, couldn’t fix the phone. Phone was returned worst off with a broken ear speaker ribbon and a cracked screen. I requested for a compensation for the broken ribbon and scratched screen but he refused. I am not pleased with this service, not a happy customer!

We couldn't repair your device so returned it un-done and fully refunded your money, the screen wasn't broken when we posted it back and you never said it was broken! you said it has a mark and you want a new screen!!! we offered to send you an earpiece flex but you weren't interested as the phone isn't in working condition.
