  Seller shipped very quickly. Item is as described. However the tumbler was sent loose in a box and the straw bent and cracked. A little bubble wrap would have prevented this. I was offered a $2 refund which I declined. For the inconvenience it would create to return the entire tumbler I ended up purchasing my own straws. As a fellow seller I do not believe in leaving negative feedback or opening cases. I appreciate the quick responses.
