The original part I bought had an issue but the seller was responsive and accommodating in making me whole on the purchase. Apparently outside of the sellers control is the price charged by Ebay for shipping, which I think is sort of high given the size of the item, in spite of the distance, so I just couldn t give that 5 stars, but I needed the part, they had it, so the shipping was good enough to get the job done. I would buy from this seller again.

To their credit, the Seller reached out to me proactively today having noted my poor review and said I should have contacted them first (fair enough, however I had gotten things to work using half of the new part and half the old, so I had just moved on), and they offered to refund my purchase, which I appreciate. Assuming it actually occurs I will upgrade my review of this experience because they reached out to me, and I think that is a sign of good customer service.

I ordered a small part for my steam iron. After 2 weeks I was told it’s in the post. After 6 weeks I received a refund and no spare part or reason why I received the refund. For a small part I was charged excessive postage. Now I have ordered the part from UK with not much difference in price and postage. My time as been wasted and I would not recommend this company to any one.
