    I've bought from Aquacadabra before and it's always a great experience - just the same this time! Great delivery time, price and seller communication. Also, the box must have been really well handled in transit - of 50 fat balls only one suffered (minor) damage en route. The remainder were 100% intact. Oh, and the birds are happy eith them too!

    The item was dispatched and received very quickly. On arrival the tub was quite badly damaged with a lot of the contents spilled out. It didn’t seem as if appropriate packaging had been used. I contacted them about this and have had great communication from them where they offered a partial refund. As I had managed to scoop most of it up, this wasn’t necessary but I appreciated the offer and how well they communicated with me. I would definitely come back for my next supply 👏
