I messaged the seller to arrange delivery and i got no reply i waited till the end of the second day to see if they would reply and they didn’t. For that reason i put in a request to cancel my order. I have a feeling the seller wont accept my cancel request and i will have to go through ebay for a refund, for this reason I’m leaving feedback to try and get their attention.

They arrived in a large box with heat pads still warm, everything professionally packaged with care with a specialised delivery service. A2Y insisted on photographic evidence of DOA (tick) and non-arrivals (how?????!) In the end ebay had to intervene and I was refunded. Would be wary of using this company again, though the fish that did arrive were very healthy.
