We are a family run business supplying Aquatic and Pet products at competitive prices. The owner has over 50 years experience in the Pet Industry and we have specialised in Aquatics for many years at our large Aquatic centre in Surrey.
We offer fast dispatch and have daily weekday collections for our orders from both Royal Mail and our couriers in order to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Your part seems to have been ok however I would advise against using the Royal Mail in future. The packaging was described as having exploded in transit and the contents gathered in a Royal Mail plastic bag, and delivered late to boot. Completely shoddy service by them. If you continue to use Royal Mail shipping I would certainly think twice before reordering I have photos if you need them
