AS SOON AS YOUR RETURN CASE WAS OPENED, WE IMMEDIATELY ACCEPTED AND SENT A FREE RETURN LABEL.HAD WE BEEN GIVEN THE CHANCE, WE WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED IT WAS A MISTAKE ON OUR PART TO SEND THE BANGLE WHICH HAD THE DETAIL HIGHLIGHTED IN GOLD RATHER THAN THE PLAIN SILVER ONE.
