  Both bottles arrived clearly defective from the manufacturer, but the seller refuses to accept responsibility. Even after providing pictures showing both bottles leaked and partially empty upon arrival, the seller remains unresponsive. Very disappointing service—definitely would not recommend. ❌❌❌

  Although I recieved a refund (only reason for not being negative feedback), the seller cancelled my legally binding winning bid without any valid reason, breaching eBay’s sales policy and consumer rights. This action undermines the integrity of the bidding process. To make matters worse, the seller relisted the exact item at a higher price, indicating clear bad faith, and profiteering. This was further proven when, given the opportunity to fulfil the original agreement, they chose to ignore it.
