When opening a case, I requested update on the shipping, but instead of providing me with a tracking number - or at least an update on the shipping process -, seller keeps wasting time with address confirmation, etc. All I need is a tracking number or proof of postage. Seller shall be responsible for the shipping, As a buyer/recepient I cannot claim lost items from delivery company.
