When it arrived I did notice a piece was broken, but you could just barely see it visibly and didn't become obvious until I went to use it. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded plus reached out to the manufacturer to get an replacement sent to me. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This is a very nice vest for the money. Only problem with the order was the time it took to arrive through no fault of the seller. USPS apparently misplaced the package. Took almost three weeks to go from Ohio to Kentucky. I did contact the seller and they replied very quickly and contacted USPS to see what the problem was. Very good seller and I would purchase items from them again.
