Really not a good product, it’s badly designed! The water tank and the water intake nozzle don’t stay beer the waterline which means it sucks air mate as of water. The steam also suddenly stops for no reason. I have started a return process after seller told me to. Seller did ship the item very fast but they aren’t very good at communicating. I asked questions before purchase that they didn’t respond to and they have ignored messages sent after they told me to return it. They only sent 1 reply!
