Da die Armreifen nicht die angegebenen 8 cm Durchmesser hatten, habe ich mit dem Verkäufer Kontakt aufgenommen. Dieser hat sich bei mir bedankt, dass ich ihn auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht habe. Er hat sich entschuldigt, dass hier ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und mir sofortige Änderungsmöglichkeiten angeboten. Eine dieser Möglichkeiten nutze ich nun. Der Verkäufer hat schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert und gehandelt. Das finde ich äußerst fair und kann den Verkäufer nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder
