    Great communication and explanation of item specs. The delivery process was exactly as described and timely. I have had many quotes on repair of my frequently clogged Miele espresso machine. All quotes were more expensive than this part ($400 to purchasing a new machine). After replacing the brew unit, no more clogs and the coffee is delicious! I may purchase a second as a back up.     I ordered this replacement for my Jura Z6 on 6/9. I received it on 6/12. I couldn't believe the speed of delivery coming overseas from Latvia to Florida. It was packaged great. It brought my machine back to full usage. I highly recommend buying from this seller.

    I never received the product, but that was no fault of AR Global Parts. The USPS in Georgia lost the package. AR Global Parts provided me with a tracking number as soon as it was available, and I was able to track it from Latvia, through New York, all the way to Georgia. At that point, tracking updates ceased. I contacted USPS, and while they said they would search for the package, they also suggested I not get my hopes up. While this was disappointing, AR GLOBAL PARTS issued a full refund.
