Very good service: good communication, speedy delivery and beautifully packed. Actually, when it arrived this morning, at first, I couldn't see the programme and thought you had perhaps forgotten to put it in! I read about this particular programme in a book on programmes by John Litster and it's a very nice programme to have (generally not that keen on programmes TODAY - they're too big; I don't want a book!).
