    I was hesitant to purchase at first because I wasn't sure why the prices were the best I could find online for new Airpods, but all worked out great. The item was as described (brand new and in original packaging), shipped quickly, and the seller reached out afterwards to make sure all went well with my purchase/item.     iPad came new as advertised! Everything was sealed in original packaging and in excellent condition. I received it within 3 days and that was even with a delay due to a UPS routing error. The price point was higher than other options with the same specs, but not enough for me to return it to get a lower price. Overall, I would definitely order from this seller again!

    When I received it, I thought it was not new because it was missing the plastic shrink wrap. I contacted the vendor, who responded within minutes and explained that it is how Apple is now shipping its devices (without the plastic wrapping). As long as the box tear tabs were intact, then it is new. I verified and he was correct. I really appreciated his very prompt response. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
