Really happy with the rug - good value for money. Great communication from seller. The rug did take quite some time to arrive, however, this was down to Evri and not the seller. Evri are appalling!

Only part of my delivery arrived with an additional random extra item , I had not ordered . It was an expensive order for me - so with half being delivered and no notification of delivery or delayed items . I had to refused delivery . They claimed the other items where on the way , (after 2 days of me messaging for a refund) strange to send 2 couriers , just send together . However on a positive , they did send me a refund , but minus a delivery charge :(
