According to tracking, the grips took 7 days for delivery (not 3 to 6 weeks as stated in the comments). Also, the sale was not cancelled (as the buyer stated), so perhaps he is getting us confused with another seller???

Not only did they they promptly contact me and address the issues that I had with my original grips not fitting (I ordered Uberti grips, when my gun was Pietta), but they took the time to call me several times, and followed up with emails until my issue was resolved. They are the best gun accessory shop that I have ever bought from!
