    I was sent completely the wrong item - which was very annoying. I bought Ibuprofen (so I thought) and received 2 packets of Galpharm Flu-Max All-In-One. I sent them back with a covering note asking them to send me the Ibuprofen... and they ignored my coveing note and gave me a refund instead. If you can't supply the product you're advertising, then don't advertise it and waste people's time!
