    One of the worst experiences I've had on eBay in nearly 20 years. After a week I contacted the seller to ask when the item would be dispatched. I was told it could not be located in their store. I was offered another item (no size details) and a 20% discount. I asked for more details but didn't recieve a response. I then requested to cancel the order but this was rejected with no further communication. Disappointing and frustrating. If the seller reads this - please can I have refund.
