Once the seller was informed of there being no delivery, they sorted the situation out and put a replacement item in the post which did arrive a few days later.     There was a problem with my order (wrong colour sent) but these guys were fantastic. When they realised they could not fulfill my order, they quickly provided postage labels so that I could send the items back and refunded the money I had spent. All through this their communication was exceptional. When everything goes okay it's always easy. It's when something is not right that you find out just how good (or bad) a company is and these guys were excellent.
