This item was so well packed for delivery …unbelievable. Courier (UPS)was wonderful, friendly and wouldn’t let me lift parcel from him. Very happy, now on my list for car parts. Dispatch was slow, but then sent nxt-day-deliv, so arrived on time (was expecting unknown 48hr deliv). Good initiative, instills confidence to buy again, great. Not notified about courier or tracking, so lucky I was in. Maybe that was a consequence of changing to nxt-day delivery, in which case it was still appreciated. Very nicely packaged. Overall, great purchase and much appreciated initiative to get it to me on time.
