We are very sorry as this is uncommon. We tried to resolve this with this customer by offering a free return label for a full refund in which the customer did not want to return these. We then asked if any were broken and the customer said the weld was broken on 1 small planter. We offered to replace this and customer refused to send this back as well......This is very sad because we tried to resolve this but the customer was unwilling to work with us.....Our sincere apologies....
