    Sadly,the courier marked this item as delivered but I did not receive it. Contacted the seller and they gave me the choice,without hassle,of a replacement or a refund.I chose the latter.Excellent service from the seller.The fault was with the courier,not the seller.All good.

    In all fairness the courier lost the package but that's nothing to do with the seller and they refunded me right away which was hassle free and very good of them. Having used this product before I am confident that whichever neighbour has it will be very pleased with the quality, condition, value and appearance of the item, unless it got chucked in a hedge which does happen round here sometimes, in which case I hope the local wildlife appreciates the minimal use of plastic in the packaging.

    Great item, great seller, great packaging, the way it was handled and dealt with when seller dispatched item inside a box with covered paper inside wrapped around with cello tape to prevent hazards, damages, from breaking, cracking, even tearing apart, in very good condition. Delivery was superb they rand on my doorbell I answered to open door postman gave me item, happy delighted.
