I contacted the seller, and they agreed to pay return shipping and refund the whole amount as long as I purchased the replacement from them, or I would be responsible for the shipping on the return. I ordered the replacement, and they backed their word 100%. I am completely satisfied with the product and their customer satisfaction. Will use them again as needed!
