I am not sure what happened though, no one ever told me but I am glad I didn't have to open a case.

However, the USPS shipping was a horrible experience. It shouldn’t take 15 days for this item to be delivered. It’s not the shipper’s fault. The fault lies entirely on the USPS. I would have paid extra to be able to ship via UPS.
