About us

Founded in 1981, Arthur Rank Hospice supports people living in Cambridgeshire with an advanced serious illness or a life-limiting condition and those in need of end-of-life care.

We care for around 3,600 patients each year at our Hospice in Cambrige, the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre in Wisbech and in patients' own homes via the Arthur Rank Community Team. Our outstanding care is provided free of charge to patients and their families.

    The book seemed close to being new and unread and I was impressed because the price was very competitive. It matched the description and its swift arrival shows that it was despatched almost as soon as it was ordered. The packing was efficient, firm and unbending, nothing could have happened to it. We do try to dispatch all items as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours but no longer than 24 hours, though our efforts our often thwarted by the couriers not showing up...fortunately, after spending a long time developing courier-proof packaging, we seem to have them beat on that front, at least!

    Pleased with purchase , good description, packing was excellent , there was a delay in receiving the item but this due to evri , the parcel disappeared off the tracking for 36 hours which meant it was received later than expected this was not the fault of of the seller . I would happily buy buy from them again

    Book in condition as described, good value for money, safely packaged, the only thing was the choice of Evri. I ordered it to work address, and they attempted two deliveries, on Saturday and Sunday when we are closed, so it arrived a week later, on Friday.
