  This one of the three items bought in this excellent "shop". The item was exactly as described, was well packaged, good value for money and postage was fair. The seller refund me the excess of combined postage after paying first the total. An excellent method! Happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.

  Pleased with purchase , good description, packing was excellent , there was a delay in receiving the item but this due to evri , the parcel disappeared off the tracking for 36 hours which meant it was received later than expected this was not the fault of of the seller . I would happily buy buy from them again

  Book in condition as described, good value for money, safely packaged, the only thing was the choice of Evri. I ordered it to work address, and they attempted two deliveries, on Saturday and Sunday when we are closed, so it arrived a week later, on Friday.

  We would love to use a different courier, but Evri are the only ones willing to collect more than once a week without charging extra for a business account - an important consideration for us as a small charity. Thanks for the feedback, and for your support of the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity!

  Excellent seller communication - prompt and polite at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they went to the effort of taking actual photos on request rather than using the stock ones. They held the item for me so as to avoid courier system shutdown over Xmas period too. Item was exceptionally well packed and exactly as described so full marks to a top seller. I also appreciated the regular updates on status and the tracking details. Excellent service all round.
