Lisa was amazing and brilliant. The glass to my frame arrived shattered despite the well packaged, padded parcel. Clearly it had happened at the Evri depot and been treated without undue care despite the numerous FRAGILE, HANDLE with CARE and GLASS stickers! Evri took no responsibility whatsoever and totally passed the buck. Lisa very generously sent me a second piece of glass for no extra cost - and this time came via Royal Mail in one piece! Don't ever use EVRI - they just don't care!!!
