    I received this Tiffany Bowl shattered in pieces. It was poorly packed. I also sent the seller pictures. The seller said I have to open a case! In the past a seller could simply go in and refund the cost due to a very damaged item! I have already cut myself trying to take the pictures! This is the responsibility of the seller for poor packaging! I am very frustrated that I can not reach a live person. I gave the seller the opportunity to make this right before leaving this feedback.

    The item was packed in double bubble wrap and tissue and an oversized box marked fragile. The buyer has chosen to blame us instead of the shipper who was at fault for mishandling the item during shipping. This is clearly someone who choses not follow eBay policies and would rather rant rather than doing what eBay wants them to do.

    Plates were packaged very well and arrived quickly. The picture of the plates looked like the round ones, however, somewhere in the description, they were described as oval, which is what I wanted, so I was a bit disappointed in that.
