    Terrible customer service. I did not receive the order on time and it’s such a shame because it’s for a 1st bday as well. The seller did not pay the correct postage and so the item got put on hold by royal mail. They left me a card asking to pay £1.50 before they can deliver the item. Unfortunately after i paid it, they still didn’t manage to deliver on time. This would not have happened if the seller paid the correct postage. It totally affected a very special occasion.
