  I had a very bad experience with ebay in the past, this time I was expecting the same, because the delivery day pass and received my order my order four day later.   Big purchase for us. Shipping was fast. One handle had a crack as a result of handling during shipping, but seller responded immediately and shipped a replacement part right away. It's well built, cook kettle is stainless, everything is heavy duty. It came with an extra gasket! Everything appears to function as intended.
