I didn't actually get this product as it was never delivered! This was a courier Issue! Good communication with the seller though they did keep repeating that they'd sent the item, after 2 weeks they refunded & asked me to pay if it turned up (unfortunately the item was never delivered, purchased from else where)

Item was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. Packaging could have been better as box was damaged inside the mailing bag and the print head wasn't working correctly. It was sealed inside bag so suspect damage in transit. However, returned and issued full refund quickly, before they even received it back. Seller was responsive given time difference.

Item never arrived as Evri refuse to drive up our lane. Had I known that the seller used Evri I would have asked them to use the Post Office. Evri said they returned the item to the seller. When I contacted the seller they refunded me at once even though they had not had the package back from Evri.
