    Arrived later than specified as it came from China!!. This was not specified in the listing and needs to be made clearer. If I'd know it was coming direct from China I might have made a different decision. Otherwise, it arrived intact, well packaged and exactly as described, I'm happy:-)

    The item I received was not as advertised, different socks with no heat control level, the seller refunded me but only after I had returned the socks. The whole process took a few weeks from purchase to refund, not the best seeing as it was their fault.
