I tested platform scales with a seven pound and fourteen pound weight and was accurate and value for money even with an offer from the seller.   The treadmill arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of the shipping status. The item was described as being new but possibly a factory second. The packaging had clearly been re-sealed. The accessories included were still sealed but the treadmill itself had some labels that were peeling off and some slight damage to a screw fitting at the control panel end of the unit. Despite these cosmetic flaws, the item functions perfectly and I'm happy with it for the discounted price I paid for it.
