The box was absolutely battered, the treadmill is clearly not new in the box as stated and covered in marks and scuffs, it is a used item, seller should really state that in the listing rather than lying and saying it's new. Won't bother trying to return as seller proven his communication is rubbish. Won't buy from here again.

I paid full price but item arrived completely different from the listing picture. Treadmill was squeaky after only a few uses and the belt was wonky on arrival- all of which was not disclosed on their listing. Contacted seller and their response was for me to pay out of pocket to return it. I made do because I needed the item but overall not worth the time, money or effort. Buyers beware.
