  Chairs are good value. Quality is good. Arrived well packaged and good condition. They arrived as 3 packages with 3 different tracking codes. Which I was not aware of until I contacted the seller. One package arrived first then the other 2 arrived 5 days later. All in all 10 day delivery rather than the 2 days delivery. I believe this was due to the delivery company.

  Excellent company to deal with after part of the delivery was lost by the carrier. The seller sorted it out and dispatched a replacement straight away, which the carrier nearly got wrong again as it arrived a day late because the driver could not find my address he previous day.

  Chairs came, good quality and easy to assemble, they look just as good as the photo, we weren’t sure as we had shopped around and to get the same ones in a store locally we would be double the money, we did have one part missing but after messaging they responded straight away and sent the new part that day with a tracking number. Very good service would highly recommend.
