This item was in excellent condition, and was well packaged, however 1 of the retainer clips had unfortunately snapped off, probably in transit, I contacted the seller and advised them of this and said I was happy to super glue the broken clip and use it, the seller was very reasonable on offered me a 25% refund because of this, which I accepted, and received promptly, I have now fitted the ought on my car, and it looks good and is in full working order, I am very happy with the item, & service.
