  I purchased the item in error (my fault) so I put in a cancellation request within 2 minutes of purchasing. I then received a message asking why I'd requested a refund so I explained the issue. The seller then went awol and wouldn't respond to any message so i ended up contacting Ebay to get this resolved and finally getting my money back 13 days after initial contact and 6 days after the item was supposed to have arrived. Very poor seller.
