    I have continual asked for my payment to be returned as my goods were not sent after weeks of wating. They said 24hr tracking but i did not get any goods. The company then said i had to wait another 5-7 days for my payment to be returned . the company were quick to take payments then reluctant to respond to any questions why i did not have my goods posted. I said i needed my refund urgent as a storm was coming. Sadly this did not happen. We were left with no power or heating. Unreliable shop.

    Not the quality I was expecting. Dispatch time and seller communication do not deserve one star, but zero stars is not an option. I contacted seller 2 days after latest expected delivery date as still not dispatched. No reply and it was another 4 days before my order was delivered.

    Had already purchased the curtains so wanted duvet cover to match. Good value for the price. I wanted the bed runner in cream also. Emailed the seller who replied promptly. But 7nsure of his response as says it should be in stock and he would update the list but it's still showing as sold out.

    Ordered om the 11th March received 24th. Original despatch problem, received tracking info however when late to estimated deliver date contacted Royal who advised they had not received item, contacted seller for status. They said they would arrange for reissue, It came on same tracking number. ???

    Can’t rate this seller enough. Answered my questions promptly and were very helpful. With the postage times it was hit and miss whether I would get this item in time. I asked if they could send it as soon as possible and they were very accommodating. It arrived before it was even expected. Mattress seems great and a good fit. Thank you!
