  Received damaged parcel , plastic items was only packed in plastic bag without any bubble wrap. Contacted the seller , provided photos and asked sent new parcel. The seller agreed, but then few days later offer refund as realised they are out of stock. Overall it was lots of time wasted and my customer wasn't happy as it was parts for his car. Why you agree sent another item without checking r they in stock? After all , I think this seller resels other sellers items - but I might be wrong .
