    Rug arrived on time and is good value,BUT wrong colour was sent,so contacted Autumnn who replied they would change it for me but obviously didn't believe me when i said they had sent Bottle Green instead of Plum and asked for photo's which I had difficulty sending but asked at least 6 times if they had received them but still had no reply,so after 9 days I give up !Shame as I would've used them again but won't bother now due to hassle.
