    I made an order which was dispatched promptly but untracked. When the delivery date had passed but not received my order i contacted the supplier via Ebay. I had a promt reply from Stella apologising for the delay but she informed me my order had been lost by the Courier which was Evri. I received a full refund promptly the customer service was excellent. So i can't rate the item as it never arrived but i have purchased it previously but i can give customer service 5 out of 5
