  Seller was very communicative considering the fact that the parcel almost got lost and left Italy after almost a month. The longer an item stays in transit the greater the chances of damage. The packaging was good but as it often happens the model broke away from the base plate and was badly damaged. Bad luck for both of us I guess. She was kind enough to issue a partial refund.
