    To whom this may concern: I entered the wrong post code on delivery address and never received the bracelet that I desperately needed but ebay registered that the item had been delivered when the item was not delivered. Nevertheless, I contacted the seller and explained my wrong entry of my delivery postcode and they agreed to an immediate refund!
