Hello, my name is Amanda and I am a woman with a rare genetic condition known as Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome of hEDS for short. Due to this I work from home and take great pride in my business.  I package items securely and ship most days.  The summer heat is harder on me and slows me down, however, your items should be mailed within 2 business days. I reply to all messages and would be glad to answer any questions you may have about an item you're interested in. I currently have combined shipping on, so if you have multiple items in your cart you should be able to request an invoice if the shipping it's showing is calculated unfairly.   People with this condition are known as Medical Zebras.  If you have the time and you've never heard of this condition, please take the time to research it in your own way to help spread awareness.     I felt like I charged a reasonable shipping rate by Thriftyplace & this item arrived a week before it was predicted to, which I appreciated. While the product appears to be new as stated, the box it arrived in had some damage. I might suggest Thriftyplace mention that in their comments in the future. My device only showed me one photo, despite my efforts to access more, so it appeared the seller only posted 1 photo. A comment about the damaged would have have been appreciated & helpful.

    This 6 sided box had 7 photos. If the buyer had looked beyond the first image they would have seen every defect on the box. The description states its a dented box and to see all images. If potential customers read this, please know, I always show defects in images and usually in the description. I also would have been empathetic and tried to make it right for this buyer if they had messaged me with their concerns, which they did not do.

    Item was as seller described. New in boxes. The table ware themselves though nice to look at, are pretty thin compared to my older set. A little disappointed there because I have had Oneida ware for a long time and needed more to replace all I have lost through the years. This, of course, was not the sellers fault. Just wanted to mention it so others will know to ask about this when buying Oneida ware from any seller . This seller shipped promptly and packaged well. Would buy from agai
