While the product appears to be new as stated, the box it arrived in had some damage. I might suggest Thriftyplace mention that in their comments in the future. My device only showed me one photo, despite my efforts to access more, so it appeared the seller only posted 1 photo. A little disappointed there because I have had Oneida ware for a long time and needed more to replace all I have lost through the years. This, of course, was not the sellers fault.
