    WARNING if you have a problem it's no good texting them they don't answer you . If you have any sense perches a toaster from a shop that way you could take it back and get it sorted i made the mistake of looking for the best price on a glass fronted toaster advertised as new in box and what i got was a damaged box containing a dented toaster inside . They don't answer any texts you send them and they new what they where sending me . Some people are not worth doing business with this is one

    Ok my item arrived damaged I messaged seller who instead of sending return label sent out replacement item first so that then I can send first item back yet I still need return label all is now positive but item is different from photo but I think I can deal with that it s only a viewing window that s missing due to different lid 3 stars for not showing correct item but five for the rest job done thankyou for prompt service all in all about eight days start to finish my side,all good

    Been waiting since the 4th May, tried contacting seller no response. How long does it take to post a kettle and toaster now I have to wait before I can get Ebay involved on the 21st. Avoid at all costs seller doesn’t even respond to messages.
