So I purchased this jacket £151 on 11th February and got delivered 17th February only wear 5 time got rips on side arm I asked seller to replace jacket he refused because I was 3 days exceed then 30 days I contacted this seller 20th march even show pictures how this jacket rips due to poor quality he refused to take in account

We're sorry that we couldn't get to a resolution with our buyer. Albeit the return request was outside of the flexible 30 day period that we honour, this was not the issue for us. As helpfully posted here by the buyer, the 2 rips are clearly not a manufacturing flaw; they aren't on a seam etc and are exactly the same size and shape. The damage is clearly not wear and tear and has been damaged by the buyer. We reached out to the brand for confirmation and eBay for help in handling this instance.

Though the £ is stronger than the $, the sizes certainly are to the contrary. I suggest for all Americans to size up at least once when shopping British, and do some research on how the brand has their measurements set.
The seller is great at responding to messages, so I recommend reaching out with any sort of question before purchasing— a quality product at a reasonable price. Now, if only I can find myself a Burberry(s) trench coat. . .
